The following incident was reported in the Henrietta area on Tuesday, Feb. 14:
On Feb. 14, at 7:15 a.m., the New York State Police responded to an order of protection incident in the town of Brighton. Troop B at the Ray Brook station was dispatched and arrested Andrew J. Shatlaw, of Malone. The 23-year-old male was taken into custody on a charge of second degree criminal contempt (disobedience of court). This included a violation of Penal Law Section 215.50, Subsection 03, a class A offense. The incident is listed as closed by investigation.
