Jacqueline Battisti, Jeffrey Battisti and James Lovrin sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 125 Finucane Road in Henrietta to Corrye J. Vancaeseele Cook and Megan Michelle Vancaeseele Cook for $120,000 on Oct. 20.

The property was previously acquired in December 2004 for $110,000. The 1,200-square-foot home was built in 1954.

Jacqueline Battisti, a fantasy writer, is the author of "The Guardian of Bastet."

She has a bachelor's degree in community and human services.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 381 home sales in Henrietta during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $127,250.
