NEW HEAVY RESCUE FOR ROCHESTER FIRE DEPARTMENT
The Rochester Fire Department has taken delivery of a new Rosenbauer heavy rescue truck on a Spartan chassis.
CANANDAIGUA FIREFIGHTERS TO HOST BLOOD DRIVE
The Canandaigua Fire Department will be hosting a blood drive on Thursday, February 23, 1 - 7 p.m. and February 24, 12:30 - 6:30 p.m. at C.F.D. Station 1, 335 South Main Street.
BENEFIT FOR ENDICOTT FIREFIGHTER UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT AT STRONG
There will be a fundraiser for Endicott Firefighter Dana Stockton, who was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer-granulocytic sarcoma. He will be receiving treatment at Strong Memorial Hospital. A benefit will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2-6 p.m., at the Holiday Inn Arena, 2 Hawley Street, Binghamton. Tickets are $15 for individuals; students $5; family $25. Price includes beer, wine, soda, pizza and cookies. A cash bar will also be available.
