FLACRA is a private, non-profit agency serving individuals and their loved ones in five Finger Lakes counties whose lives are affected by substance use and other health-related disorders.

Finger Lakes Addictions Counseling and Referral Agency (FLACRA) has a new name, new brand identity and website. Now called Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency, FLACRA’s rebrand “represents the organization’s core values and strong commitment to clients, staff, referral sources, donors and the community,” the organization announced.
Using the tagline “Together we will,” the rebranding initiative began last year as FLACRA changed its name to the Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency “to better represent its expanding offering of treatment services,” stated FLACRA.
“‘Together we will’ represents FLACRA’s ongoing commitment to clients, staff, referral sources, donors and the community,” stated Marty Teller, FLACRA executive director. “It also serves to communicate the agency’s core values to create an environment where those in need will come to us, to best serve all that come to us in need of help, and to provide all we serve the opportunity to complete treatment.”
