The Hochstein School of Music and Dance will present “‘The Casbah of Tetouan’ and Other Journeys for Brass” as part of its Spotlight on Faculty Concert Series at 7 p.m. March 3 in Hochstein Performance Hall, 50 N. Plymouth Ave., Rochester.
The Plymouth Brass includes faculty members Diana Chase, trumpet; Colleen Wolf, horn; Ben David Aaronson, trombone; Jeremy Stoner, tuba; and former faculty member Roy Smith, trumpet.
Works will include music for brass quintet, including Kerry Turner’s 1988 “The Casbah of Tetouan, which was inspired by a trip to Morocco.
Tickets cost $5 per person, or $10 per family.
