Police made arrests Monday following an investigation of three Rochester area massage parlors that were allegedly involved in prostitution.
The Greater Rochester Area Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted the investigation with assistance from U.S. Border Patrol, the Monroe County DA's office, Immigration and Customs Enforcement
According to a statement released today by Lt. Joseph Morabito of the Rochester Police Department, five separate search warrants were executed at Sun Wellness Services, with locations in Henrietta and Perinton, Fantastic Body Works, in Penfield, and Asian Aroma Therapeutic Body Works, in Henrietta and Brighton.
Sheriff's Deputy Chris Lockwood of GRANET led the investigation and develop evidence of prostitution activity at all three businesses.
The businesses are all owned and operated by Xianhua Liu who worked closely with Guang Ping Sun to run their illegal prostitution enterprise, police say.
Investigators seized $90,000 in cash, jewelry and physical evidence as a result of the search warrants.
