All charges dropped against Monroe County GOP leader

A judge dropped the entire indictment against former Monroe County Republican Party Executive Director Andy Moore on Tuesday.

Moore is also an elected member of the Penfield Town Board. He was charged in connection with the ongoing investigation into county theft by Robutrad workers.

Judge Richard Keenan dropped three misdemeanor charges of official misconduct and coercion. The decision came in shortly after 4 p.m.

Judge Keenan also dropped a felony charge of official misconduct against Moore in October. He had been scheduled to go on trial this month.
