Leading by one point with time running down in the fourth quarter, Damien Bedell made a steal then converted 1 of 2 from the free throw line to lead Brighton to a win over visiting Eastridge.
Phil Pelligrino finished with 31 points to lead the Barons. Teddy Corcoran had 24, Doug Aldridge scored 11 and Bedell ended with three.
Shawmik Johnson had 26 points to pace Eastridge (8-7), including three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter and five for the game. Supreme Hannah added 19 points.

Fairport improved to 12-2 on the season with a win over visiting Canandaigua.
Joe Masino continued his strong play for the Red Raiders as he finished with 18 points and six rebounds. Eli Jones added 15 points and 10 rebounds and Brian Sortino had 10 points.
For Canandaigua (5-10), Sean Outhouse, Matt Scharr and Tyler Ceravolo each finished with eight points.

Webster Schroeder defeated Victor on Wednesday, holding the Blue Devils to less than 10 points in all four quarters.
Curtis Marshall led Webster Schroeder with 20 points and five assists. Mitchell Herman had 12 points, Gunner Blaise scored 10 and Brian Gillis added four points and eight rebounds.
T.J. DiSanto and Mitch Ford both had eight points for Victor.

The Rush-Henrietta boys basketball team traveled to Irondequoit on Wednesday night and went home with a 66-51 win.
Bay Barley had a team-high 18 points to lead the Royal Comets. Derick Peters added 11 points and Danny Drummond chipped in 10.
Nick Doktor scored 21 points to lead Irondequoit. Jake Schmidt added 15 points and 14 rebounds.

Greece Arcadia improved to 10-4 on the season with a win over Greece Olympia.
Steve Klimek collected 26 points and five steals to lead the Titans. Pat Keenehan added a career-high 24 points while Kevin Federation chipped in 10.

On the day he signed his letter of intent to play college football at the University of Buffalo, senior Marcus McGill amassed 13 points, nine rebounds and nine assists to lead the Spartans to a win over Spencerport.
Deyshoone Much had 12 points, Jawuan Brumfield scored 11 and Kendall Blue and Miles McGregor each added 10 as Gates Chili improved to 8-6.
Jerame' Owens finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead the way for Spencerport (7-7).

The Pittsford Mendon boys basketball team improved to 10-2 with a victory over HF-L.
Vaughn Boler poured in 30 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to lead the Vikings. Matt D'Amico had 19 points and Michael D'Amico added 12.
For HF-L (8-5), Dylan Swetman led the way with 26 points followed by Nate Less with 13.

The Hilton boys basketball team defeated Greece Athena on Wednesday night, using a 17-6 run in the second quarter to gain control of the game and a 24-11 run in the fourth quarter to seal the win.
Andy Miller finished with 16 points and seven rebounds to pace Hilton. Nadale Fowlks had 13 points while D.J. Logory and Tyler Farrell each scored eight.
Deion Hamilton collected 16 points to lead Greece Athena. Alex Spitale chipped in 10 points and Jay Sarkis had six.

Churchville-Chili 62
Trailing 54-47 after three quarters the Brockport boys basketball team outscored Churchville-Chili 20-8 in the final quarter to earn the comeback win.
Kyle Zaffuto had 20 points to lead the Blue Devils. Sean Kemp and Markell Collins each had 13 points while Frank Marcera added 10.
Cam Shipley finished with 14 points to pace Churchville-Chili. Zach Wing scored 13 points, while Anthony Lewis and Rashad Richardson each had 12.
The teams combined for 11 3-point field goals, seven by Brockport and four by Churchville-Chili.

Webster Thomas 55
Kyle Covley scored 1 points to surpass 1,000 points for his career in a 69-55 win over Webster Thomas.
Trent Berardi had a career-high 21 points and Dan Lynd added 12 points as the Patriots improved to 9-5 on the season.
Tyler Carges and Spenser Thomas each scored 16 points to pace Webster Thomas (8-7). Patrick Schuber added 14 points.

Ben Check added 12 points to help the Knights improve to 10-4 on the season.

Playing at the Blue Cross Arena and with college coaches Jim Boeheim and Jay Wright in attendance, the Aquinas boys basketball team defeated Bishop Kearney for the seventh consecutive time.
Christian White tied his own school record for 3-pointers in a game with seven to lead the Little Irish. White finished with 27 points, followed by Phil Valenti with 23.
Chinonso Obokoh, a 6'9” junior who missed the teams first contest, had 19 points and 13 rebounds to lead Bishop Kearney. Redell Freeman had 13 points, Thomas Bryant scored 12 and Antwoine Anderson added 11.
Geneseo 74,
Dansville 72
The Geneseo boys basketball team defeated Dansville on Wednesday in a game of runs.
The Blue Devils opened the game on an 11-0 run. Dansville then responded with a 26-7 run to close the first quarter.
Geneseo steadily built a lead over the next few quarters, only to be outscored 27-9 in the fourth quarter while hanging on for the two point win.
Brian Rollins collected 26 points, six rebounds, six assists and six steals to lead Geneseo (10-5). Sam Lofquist had 14 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks while Mo Carlon added 10 points.
Mitchell Lamerson scored 30 points to lead Dansville (6-8). Geoffrey VanDunk had 11 points and 13 rebounds while Steven McDonald finished with 10 points.
Hornell 61,
Pavilion 38
Hornell defeated Pavilion on Wednesday night, using a 33-17 run over the second and third quarter to gain control of the game.
Keegan Bradley led the Hornell offense with 18 points. Jimmy Dagon had 12 points and Julian Reinhart added nine points, seven rebounds and six assists.
Jordan Tilloton scored 12 points for Pavilion to finish as the only Gopher in double figures.
Wayland-Cohocton 57,
Keshequa 38
Evan Englert tallied 12 points, six assists and five steals to lead Wayland-Cohocton to a victory over Keshequa.
Cody Oas had 11 points, Dean Bembower scored 10 and Tyler Thielges added eight.
Cyrus Acciari scored a game-high 15 points to pace Keshequa.

Bath-Haverling 42
The York boys basketball team improved to 12-3 on the season with a win over visiting Bath-Haverling.
Luke Logsdon led the way for York as he finished with 14 points and seven rebounds. Tyler Shutts had 12 points and nine assists, Nick Curry had 10 points and seven rebounds and Matthew Graves added eight points as 11 different Golden Knights found their way into the scoring column.
Will Smith had 16 to pace Bath-Haverling (2-13). Daniel Leonard added 13 points.

NE/NW Prep 57
J'Quane Allen drilled two free throws with 0.7 seconds left on the clock to lift Marshall to a win over NE/NW Prep.
Shaiquan Nicholson had 21 points to lead the Jurists. Allen finished with 10 points while Damien Jones added nine.
Sharrod Dean scored 23 points for NE/NW Prep. Anthony Colquitt added eight points, Chad Thomas had seven and Chad Cole and Torry Wright each finished with six.

The Avon boys basketball team improved to 7-6 with a win over Lima Christian.
Zachary Mouw tallied 10 points, five rebounds and three steals to lead the Tigers. Tyler Hite had nine points and eight rebounds, while Connor Vankouwenberg added eight points.
Steffen Domina, Jake Moose, John Nerle and Ethan Paszko each finished with five points to lead Lima Christian.

The Victor boys bowling team defeated Brighton 6-0 on Wednesday afternoon as they defeated Brighton 991-919, 976-952, 1,967-1,871.
Patrick Fairchild rolled a 254 game to pace the Blue Devils. Dylan Brake had games of 236 and 212 on his way to a team-best 448 series, one pin better than Fairchild.
Mike Rogachefsky paced Brighton with a 212 game and 418 series. Alex Wasserman added a 411 series.

The Canandaigua boys bowling team defeated Greece Odyssey on Wednesday, winning the overall match 1,797-1,637.
Tristen Briggs rolled a 250 game to lead the Braves.

The Webster Thomas boys bowling team improved to 52-26 on the season with a 6-0 win over Penfield.
Chandler Dean rolled a 411 series to lead the Titans, followed closely by teammate Matt Cleary who finished with a 408.

Newark got a win over Mynderse on Wednesday night to remain undefeated with a record of 14-0.
Brynnn Lauer filled up the stat sheet for the Reds as she recorded 12 points, eight assists and eight steals. Sabrina Macaulay scored 23 points while Brandi Lauer added four points and eight assists.
Abby Dygert had nine points to lead Mynderse (8-6), followed by Cassidy Rattray with seven.

The Marcus Whitman girls basketball team picked up its fourth win of the season with the 11-point victory.
Daykota Michael finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds to pace Marcus Whitman (4-9). Casey Dean had 17 points while Molly Gray and Hannah Green each added seven.
Hunter Culbertson scored 12 points and added seven rebounds to lead the Eagles. Holly Kashmer and Brittany Wright each added eight points.

The H-AC girls basketball team remained undefeated with an overtime win over Red Jacket.
Kaili O'Keefe finished with 20 points, including a 3-point field goal with 42 seconds left in regulation to force overtime.
Jenny Scudder added 14 points and six rebounds, Abbie O'Keefe had 13 points and five assists and Aedin Brennan had four points, 10 rebounds and four steals.
Bailey Hixson had a game-high 24 points to lead Red Jacket (11-3) as the only player in double figures.

Ariel Luna scored a game-high 17 points to lead Clyde-Savannah to a victory over Sodus on Wednesday.
Alaina Tripp and Mary Beth Schram each had 11 points, while Marissa Sharp chipped in with 10.
For Sodus, Hannah Prutzman led the offense with eight points. Gertie Fisher added seven points and six rebounds.

Gananda outscored Williamson in every quarter to improve to 10-4 on the season.
Darci MacFall had a game-high 19 points to lead the Blue Panthers. Jen Sterns added 12 points and 10 rebounds, Tiffany Gregoire scored 11 and Jessica Donnan chipped in eight.
Monica Brown finished with 14 points to finish as the only player from Williamson in double figures.

The East Rochester girls basketball team improved to 9-5 with a victory over North Rose-Wolcott.
The Bombers led 24-10 at halftime then outscored the Cougars 19-0 in the third quarter to secure the win.
Mary Burkhart had 11 points and eight rebounds to pace East Rochester. Brianna Fedele had 10 points, Olivia Renner scored nine and Loren Dunn added eight.
Heidi Poole and Kaitee Snell each collected nine points to lead North Rose-Wolcott (5-10). Snell added 18 rebounds.

The Byron-Bergen girls basketball team improved to 10-3 with a victory over Attica.
Rachel Winter led the Bees with 12 points points. Sam Futter and Kiersten Richenberg both added eight points.
For Attica, Jackie James led the way with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Alexander 34
Pembroke ran its season record to 9-5 with a win over visiting Alexander.
Breanna Johnson drained a pair of free throws with 12 seconds left in the game for Pembroke to seal the win. Johnson finished with five points, nine rebounds, six assists and eight steals. Dannie Dellapenta added six points and nine rebounds.
Maria Dominic collected six points and 10 rebounds for Alexander (5-8). Julia Pettys had 10 points.

Wheatland-Chili 28
The Elba girls basketball team remained undefeated with a win over Wheatland-Chili.
Junior McKenzie Bezon had a game-high 27 points and surpassed 1,000 points for her career in the win. Bezon added eight assists as her sister, Kelsey finished with 11 points and nine assists. Meg Stucko added eight points and 13 rebounds.
Mariana Crevison scored 12 points to pace Wheatland-Chili, followed by Megan Contant with 10.

Churchville-Chili 64,
Edison 43
The Churchville-Chili girls basketball team defeated Edison on Wednesday, giving head coach Mike Mayer his 300th career with with the school.
Brooke Ennis scored 16 points to lead the Saints' offense. Maggie Tabone tallied 12 points and 10 rebounds, Kayla Brahm had 12 points and Mckenzie Owens added nine.
Edison's Sabrina Tirado knocked down three 3-pointers on her way to a team high 11 points. Rebecca Cray and Detuana Henry each added eight points.

The Churchville-Chili hockey team improved to 13-3-3 with a win over Geneseo/Livonia on Tuesday.
Sam Cammilleri and Justin Alves each recorded four assists for the Saints, with Cammilleri adding a goal. Ryan Cosgrove notched two goals and one assist and Zach Fodge recorded two goals.
Jon Brown made 19 saves on 20 shots to pick up the win in the crease.
Trevor Marshall had the lone goal for Geneseo/Livonia. Paul Golhman and Troy Lischer each had an assist.
Ithaca 2,
McQuaid 1
The McQuaid hockey team fell to Ithaca on Tuesday, dropping their record to 9-8-1.
John Rogers had the Knights lone goal, while Wes Mallory and Alex Paroda provided the assists. Brian Burns stopped 25 of 27 shots he faced in goal.
Ryan Emerson and Balazs Szegletes each had a goal for Ithaca.
Irondequoit 4,
Canandaigua 3
After falling behind 3-0 midway through the second period, the Irondequoit hockey team scored four unanswered goals to defeat Canandaigua and improve to 10-4-3-1.
John Papas netter the game-winning goal and added an assist to lead the Eagles. Jacy Karpovage had two assists, while Pete Barilla, Mitchell Culver and Andrew Cordes each had a goal.
Chris Soufleris made 25 saves on 28 shots to pick up the win in goal.
Joe Eddinger had a pair of goals to lead Canandaigua (9-3-3-1). Nicholas Como had a goal, Ben Myles had two assists, and Bryan Yehl, Joseph Como, Connor Heeb and Connor Guay each added one assist.
Athena/Odyssey 4,
Rush-Henrietta 2
Athena/Odyssey improved to 12-5 with a win over Rush-Henrietta on Tuesday.
The Thunder had four different goal scorers as Codey Mazeau, Curran O'Brien, John Clark and Anthony Fedele each found the back of the net. Tyler Grimshaw and Brandon Hutchinson each recorded two assists, while Fedele and Zach Buchholz each had one assist. Andrew Simonelli stopped 19 of 21 shots to get the win in goal.
Eric Nestler and Kyle McNeil each scored a goal for Rush-Henrietta. Dalton Passmore, Marcus Gilligan, Tyler Szczesniak and Nester each had one assist.
